Refund policy
We’re obsessed with the suits we’ve built—and we think you will be too. But if the fit’s off or it’s just not the one, no stress. We’ll work with you to make it right.
You’ve got 14 days from delivery to initiate a return and 7 days to get it in the mail once the return label has been generated. We keep it tight because we’re a small, self-funded brand—but we still want to make it easy for you to find your perfect fit.
Refunds issued to the original payment method once the return is received and processed.
Final sale items (clearance, special drops, etc.) are non-returnable.
Customer pays return shipping, unless item is defective or wrong.
How to Start
Shoot us an email at hello@shopkakeactive.com with:
- Your full name
- Shipping address
- Order number
- What’s up (return reason)
What Happens Next
If your return is approved:
- You’ll get a prepaid USPS shipping label (easy peasy).
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the label being generated.
- Items must be returned in clean, unworn condition, with all boob pads intact and free of deodorant, makeup, or other marks. Suits that don’t meet these standards won’t be eligible for a refund.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.
- A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund—it helps keep things moving while we’re still growing.
- If items are returned late or in unsellable condition refunds to your original payment method will not be processed.
Refunds + Exchanges
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
- Want a different size or color? We don’t process direct exchanges (yet), but you can place a new order once your refund is on the way.
